Waiver for Contribution
I irrevocably grant to Ophthalmic Edge, LLC (“Company”) and Company’s assigns, licensees, designees, and successors the right to use any content or information, including without limitation information related to medical acronyms (the “Content”) which I provide the Company to be used in the OE Acronyms. I release Company and Company’s assigns, licensees, and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of the Content. Company is permitted, at its discretion, to include my name, and information about my credentials and employment, as expressly provided by me, as a credit in connection with the Content. Company is not obligated to utilize any of the rights granted herein.
